MEET OUR TEAM

Founder Mohamed Ahmed and co-founder Pablo Villarejo created this agency dedicated to connecting basketball players with the right teams to maximize their potential. At our agency, we work with players of all ages and skill levels, from promising young talents to professional players.

We also work closely with clubs to help find players who fit their context and needs. We are very proud to have created this project and hope that our experience, knowledge, and dedication can make a significant difference in the careers of all our players.

Founder

Mohamed Ahmed Mamouni

Graduated in tourism from the Complutense University of Madrid and Master of International Relations from CEU (Madrid).

Since the age of 16, performing different tasks within the world of basketball.

Founder of Bagency-CSA and in charge of scouting and talent detection.

He speaks Spanish, English, Arabic, and Italian.

Pablo Villarejo Calatayud

Graduated in physical activity and sports sciences from Isabel I University of Castile.

Master's degree in teacher training in Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training from the Isabel I University of Castile.

Level II basketball coach certified by the Castilla la Mancha Federation.

Professional player with experience in FEB categories (LEB Plata and Liga EBA) and in the Cajasol Sevilla (Real Betis) training stage
